Importantly, unless specified otherwise, all our products are brand new and come with a 12-month warranty, providing peace of mind and assurance of quality to our customers. Exceptions are for factory seconds - 3 month warranty and Ex display items - 30 day warranty.     It's essential to be aware of a few key aspects of our service:

    • Showroom and Retail Store: Unfortunately, we DO NOT operate a showroom or retail store, and physical viewing of products is not available.

    • Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse in North Melbourne, Thomastown, 3074. 

    • Online Exclusive: We exclusively operate through our online platform. All products are meticulously boxed and prepared for dispatch.

    • Delivery: We provide selected local Metro Melbourne, near Regional VIC area delivery services for all delivery paid for orders. We do not deliver outside of VIC. See our shipping policy for full details.  Shipping Policy

    • Collection: We offer a "local pickup" option at checkout from our Melbourne warehouse which is located in Thomastown, 3074 Melbourne. This is an "in-person" collection service and we do not accept third party collections. Physical Photo ID that matches the order details will be required. This is a weekday service only, and we will email you with a collection date and time slot.     • Product Representation: Our products are presented on the website with images and detailed descriptions, ensuring you make informed choices.

    • Clearance Products: We specialize in offering end-of-line and clearance items directly to the public. Rest assured, these products are brand new, boxed, and in impeccable condition, accompanied by a 12-month warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise*

    • No Lay-Bys: Regrettably, we do not offer lay-by services at this time. All orders must be dispatched with 7 business days of receiving your order.

    * As we sell clearance/end of line products at very low prices, some boxes/cartons may not be in pristine condition and may have marks, tears or have been repaired at our warehouse. However, the products inside are new and in perfect condition, with a full 12 month warranty. 

    Delivery Information

    At BA Furniture Clearance, we strive to offer convenient and transparent delivery services. Please review the following details regarding our delivery areas and associated freight costs:

    • Delivery Zones: Our delivery services are exclusively available within selected Melbourne Metro, greater Melbourne Metro, near Regional and Regional areas of Victoria.  

    • Checking Delivery Availability and Cost:

    • Please add your items to cart and use our shipping estimate calculator to obtain your freight cost. We charge a flat rate per order. The cost may vary dependent upon the area selected. Differing postcodes may have different freight costs.  We make no money on freight and charge at carrier cost price. In a lot of cases we subsidise the actual cost you pay versus what we are charged. 
          • Unavailable Postcodes:

          • Selected areas apply. Not all areas are covered by our carrier. 
          • Flat Rate Policy:

          • The flat rate charged applies to as many items as you require per order, ensuring simplicity and cost-effectiveness.

          Delivery Timeline Information

          At BA Furniture Clearance, we prioritise delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here are important details about the expected delivery timeline:

          • Initial Delivery Date:

          • Metro Melbourne areas, we aim to provide an initial delivery date within 1-7 business days of receiving your order. For all other areas please allow 7-10 business days.
          • Delivery dates are usually sent to you within 24-48 hours on weekdays via email or SMS or in some cases over the telephone. 
          • Varied Delivery Times:
          • Delivery times may vary based on your area and our existing delivery bookings.
          • Specific Delivery Date Requests:

          •  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific delivery date requests.
          • Melbourne Deliveries only: We deliver when we are in your area. If the initial delivery date is not suitable, an alternative date within 7-10 business days may be provided based on our logistics and when we are in your area. 
          • Storage and Lay-By Policy:

          • We do not offer lay-by services.
          • Orders are not stored at our warehouse under any circumstances.

          Order Collections 

          If you wish to collect your order, please read: 

          For all order collections, our collection times are Monday - Thursday, between 10:00am - Midday & 12:30pm - 2:30pm. Collections are by appointment only and our warehouse is located in Thomastown, 3074 Melbourne.  We will email you a delivery date/time-slot for the warehouse to have your order ready. Please allow 24 - 48 hours (business days only - no weekends or public holidays) to pick and prepare your order. We will send an email when your order is ready for collection. 

          • Order collection address is: 22-26 Green Street, Thomastown, 3074, Melbourne.  All order collections are by appointment only. Walkups without a booked collection date may find their order is not ready and have to come back on a booked date. 

          Key points for collection:

          • We will email you with a weekday (no weekends) collection date and time-slot. We cannot usually accommodate unannounced walk-up collections, or collections outside of your allowed time-slot and you may be turned away and have a wasted journey. 
          • Ensure you have a vehicle large enough to collect your order. Most large items such as dressers or King beds will not fit in cars or SUV's and will require a van or large trailer. Our staff may be able to assist with loading when requested, where it is safe and practical to do so and if we have staff available to do this. We advise you bring help to load the vehicle in case we cannot provide assistance. We will not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle if help is requested. If the vehicle is not big enough or not adequate to assist loading, we reserve the right to not assist. We cannot provide strapping or packaging for loading. 
          • A physical Photo ID that matches the order details MUST be presented on collection. We cannot accept third party carriers or people collecting on your behalf, unless they have your physical photo ID with them. This MUST match the name and billing address on the order. No photocopies or digital copies will be accepted. This is a strict rule, no exceptions. No matching Photo ID, no collection. We will note down the document number on our receipt of collection. 
          • If your vehicle is not the correct size to collect, then we reserve the right to cancel your order and you can place the order again but select our delivery options and charges. 
          • We are not liable for any transit damage should you collect. If the product is faulty when you get it home, provided you notify us in writing within 24 hours (images will also be required) then we will ask you to return the item(s) to the warehouse for replacement or refund. In all cases, we cannot deliver or collect replacements or faulty items should you choose collection. The goods must be returned to the collection point. No exceptions. 
          • Items cannot be inspected at the warehouse. We do not have the staff available to do this. All items are sold boxed and new (unless stated otherwise on the site) 
          • It is mandatory to retain the packaging, especially for mirrored products. This is essential as you will need to repack the item(s) in the original packaging to transport the goods back to us. The goods must be returned in the same condition that you received them.

          From time to time we run sales on all or selected products at varying discounts. We usually advertise a countdown time frame until the end of the sale. However, we reserve the right to terminate any sale at any time for any reason. Any orders placed at the sale prices will be honoured and supplied, but we will not retrospectively apply discounts for items that are in your cart and/or where the order has not been placed within the sale time frame.
