Our inventory primarily consists of discontinued or end-of-line products that remain on-trend and suitable for a wide range of interior styles.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are brand new and come with a 12-month warranty. Factory seconds carry a 3-month warranty, and ex-display items include a 30-day warranty. Any seconds or reduced-grade items are clearly identified at the time of sale.

  • No showroom: We do not operate a showroom or retail store. Physical viewing of products is not available.
  • Dispatch location: All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse in Thomastown, VIC 3074.
  • Online only: All purchases are made exclusively through our online store. Products are supplied boxed and ready for dispatch.
  • Delivery: We deliver to selected Melbourne Metro and regional Victorian areas only. Interstate delivery is not available. Freight pricing is calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • Collection: Local pickup is available from our Thomastown warehouse by appointment only. Photo ID matching the order is required. Third-party collections are not accepted.

Delivery information

We aim to provide transparent and reliable delivery services within Victoria.

  • Delivery zones: Selected Melbourne Metro, Greater Melbourne and regional Victorian areas.
  • Freight pricing: Add items to cart and enter your postcode to view delivery pricing. A flat rate applies per order. Freight is charged at carrier cost and may be subsidised.
  • Unavailable postcodes: Some locations are not serviced by our carriers.

Delivery timelines

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days (subject to order volume).
  • Delivery timeframe: Metro Melbourne deliveries are typically scheduled within 1–10 business days after processing.
  • Scheduling: Delivery dates are advised via email, SMS or phone within 24–48 business hours.
  • Date requests: Specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
  • Lay-by & storage: We do not offer lay-by or storage under any circumstances.

Order collections

Collections are available by appointment only from our Thomastown warehouse.

  • Collection days: Fridays only, between 9:00am and 10:00am by strict booked time slot only.Β 
  • Address: 22–26 Green Street, Thomastown VIC 3074.
  • Preparation time: Please allow 24–48 business hours for orders to be picked and prepared.
  • Photo ID: Physical photo ID matching the order details is mandatory. No digital copies accepted.
  • Vehicle requirements: Ensure your vehicle is suitable. Staff assistance may be available but is not guaranteed.
  • Inspections: Items cannot be inspected at the warehouse and are supplied boxed.

Customers collecting orders are responsible for all onward transport. Any faults must be reported in writing within 24 hours, with supporting images.

Important: Original packaging must be retained, particularly for mirrored or glass products.
