Shipping & Collection Policy

By placing an order, you agree to these Shipping & Collection Terms and our full Terms & Conditions.

Key points

  • We do not provide assembly or installation.
  • We do not offer storage or lay-by. Orders must be delivered or collected within 7 days.
  • All damages, shortages or faults must be reported in writing with photos within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Claims outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Delivery areas & costs

  • Delivery is available only within Victoria: Melbourne Metro, selected Greater Melbourne, and nearby regional areas.
  • We cannot deliver interstate and do not accept third-party carriers.
  • Freight charges are shown at checkout. We charge carrier cost (often subsidised).
  • If your postcode is unavailable at checkout, we do not deliver to your area.
  • The flat freight rate applies per order, regardless of quantity.

Delivery process & timeframes

  • Orders take 1–3 business days to process.
  • Delivery is usually within 1–10 business days (Metro).
  • Deliveries occur weekdays, 9:00am – 2:30pm. Specific times or dates cannot be requested.
  • Carriers may call or text before arrival, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Large items (25kg+) require you to provide assistance to unload.
  • Drivers deliver to ground floor/doorstep only. No stairs, lifts, or internal delivery due to OH&S.

Receiving your order

  • Someone must be present to receive and sign. Items cannot be left unattended.
  • If no one is available, or if unloading help is not provided, goods may be returned and additional freight/redelivery charges will apply.
  • If you move goods after delivery, we are not liable for damages.

Damages & returns

  • Report any damages or faults within 24 hours of delivery/collection by emailing photos to sales@bafurnitureclearance.au.
  • Keep all packaging until you are satisfied with the goods. Mirrored products must be returned in original packaging.
  • Drivers/carriers cannot collect unboxed goods.
  • Warranty claims can only be serviced at the original delivery address.

Collections (Melbourne warehouse only)

  • Collections are Friday mornings only, between 9:00am – 10:00am, by strict allocated time-slot only.
  • Address: 22–26 Green Street, Thomastown VIC.
  • You must bring photo ID matching the order. No third-party collections allowed.
  • Orders must be collected within 7 days or storage fees may apply.
  • Bring a suitable vehicle and assistance for loading. Staff may help if available, but we are not liable for damage to vehicles.
  • No inspections are available at the warehouse. Items are supplied boxed.
